OSPREY RIDGE
"Osprey Ridge" is a well designed neighbourhood nestled on a north Barrie hillside with gorgeous panoramic views. This community has been designed with a mix of tastefully integrated executive and affordable homes. Today's home buyer wants walkout basements, ravine lots, treed backdrops, and open concept houses that are "out of the ordinary". The residential home builders who were most active in this neighbourhood include Gregor, Morra, and Pratt with most of the development between 1999 and 2004.
