Overview:

Stanley Heights is a new neighbourhood of attached and detached homes constructed between 2006 and 2011. FirstView Homes were the primary builder with a mix of 2 storey townhomes between 1100 and 1600 square feet on Arch Brown Court and the east side of Stanley Street . A limited number of larger detached homes were also constructed on the north side of Arch Brown Court and backing onto similar homes on Couples Court. Montebello Homes built an enclave of larger townhomes (typically between 1275 and 1500 square feet) between 2009 and 2011 at 175 Stanley Street, nestled behind the block of townhomes built by S. L. Witty Construction between 2003 and 2006 on the west side of Stanley Street, north from Livingstone Street East.


Location:

Stanley Heights is bounded on the south by Livingstone Street East, to the east by the East Bayfield Community Centre and East Bayfield Park, on the north by Couples Court,  and on the west by Georgian Mall. Uniquely situated close to schools, transit, recreation, and shopping, this neighbourhood appeals to first time buyers and downsizers too.
